You may have up to 4 of your own horses on the Filly Lane property and more horses on the Windridge property. Both properties are wonderfull horse owner's properties. All friends welcome! ~Plenty of room for guests~ This picture was taken Sunday, 08 May 2006. I was on our Filly Lane property looking South West towards Pikes Peak. They are on our 35.5 acre parcel. (The riders are Leslie Crowley and Cynthia Ryan, famous cowgirls in this part of the country.)

Large living room. Hardwood flooring and carpeting. Rounded doorways for a southwest look. Very open throughout. Huge fireplace, gas.  Living room looking towards kitchen. Large open areas between rooms, Rounded open "window" space between. Tons of windows and tons of lights.  Large Master bedroom. With door to balconay. Lots of windows, Bowed area facing farmland and horses.  Horse practice ring We just expaned it to be longer and better for her own show horse practicing. Vicki Trains her own horses in it daily.
